💎 EldarGlass – Return & Refund Policy

Made specifically to your order. Because of this, our return and refund policy is different from mass-produced products.

🛠️ Made-to-Order Items

All EldarGlass bookmarks are handcrafted and made to order. This means:

  • Each piece is unique and created specifically for you

  • Production begins shortly after your order is placed

  • All sales are final once production has started

For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect selections made at checkout

  • Personal preference after receiving the item


📦 Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully package every order, but if your item arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery

  2. Provide clear photos of:

    • The item

    • The packaging

    • The damage

If approved:

  • A free replacement will be offered first

  • If a replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued


🚚 Shipping Issues

Once your order has been shipped:

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors

  • If tracking shows “Delivered,” responsibility transfers to the customer

If your package is missing:

  • Check with neighbors or your local postal service

  • Contact the carrier to open a claim


📸 Order Accuracy & Expectations

Because each bookmark is handmade:

  • Slight variations in color, texture, or finish are normal and expected

  • These variations are part of the craftsmanship and not considered defects


📫 Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase

  • After this window, production may have already started and cancellation is no longer possible
