These natural variations are part of the craftsmanship and are not considered defects

3. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has started (see Refund Policy).

4. PRICING & PAYMENTS

5. PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

  • Each item is made by hand, so processing times apply before shipping

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Once the package is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS
